Kicking us off on our week of pink is the $13 super attractive bottling from the Rhône powerhouse of M. Chapoutier. The light pink color is femenine, to be sure. It's got a nose like a Sancerre - crisp and taut. Consistent with many of the other 2010's, this one is generous with the acids and shy on the fruit, but it does deliver layers of mouthpuckering flavors that make it interesting. Food is a must, though, as it finishes with a bite.
