A knockout of a wine and an unexpected surprise. With a nose akin to Northern California sauvignon blanc, the palate shifts gears towards Alsace. Structured, yet round, elegant, and delicious. Balanced acidity frames a light-to-medium weight, open fruit core exhibiting extraordinary honesty and fidelity to the variety.
