Here we go! Another in a series of Chilean sauvignon blancs, the jubilant and gregarious aromatics jump out of the glass, showcasing spring grass, Granny Smith apple, bright citrus and green pepper. Those flavors carry through in balance to the palate, where they get wrapped in salivary gland-inducing, crunchy acidity and a supple texture. The effect is showy, energetic, and exciting. Finishes long, but clean. A fun wine that will keep nerds interested and the rest of us going back for seconds. $20 (sample) 90 points
